Foundation Working With Schools

The foundation created in Winehouse’s memory launches a drug and alcohol awareness scheme in Bournemouth secondary schools. Janis Winehouse, the mother of the deceased music star, said those involved in the initiative have the experience to really make a difference:

These people will be able to tell it like it is and this is where it brings it home. The foundation is giving these people the opportunity of employment and the chance to turn their lives around. It is the first step back into real life
