The former England international signs a two-year contract with the Villa side and his squad number is 12. The left winger was happy to stay at relegated Fulham until the arrival of assistant coach Keane.

Villa Park has always been my favourite stadium out of all the stadiums in which I have played in the premier league.It’s got great atmosphere, the fans are magnificent and I am looking forward to playing from here.
