“Ban Bossy” is a public service campaign to help females feel confident and comfortable as leaders. The project is meant to combat the negative put-downs that may hinder young girls pursuing leadership roles. It was started by Sheryl Sandberg, Chief Operating Officer of Facebook and author of best-selling book “Lean In,” along with Girl Scouts CEO Anna Maria Chavez and former Secretary of State, Condoleezza Rice.
