Case postponed

Khan’s hit-and-run case is unable to proceed as the Bandra police are unable to trace the original statements of several witnesses. Of the 63 original documents, 7 are found. Khan receives exemption from the hearing as no witness were able to be heard due to the missing original documents. The Indian Court asks the police to trace the original documents of the case before the next hearing on August 21.
