Purchases Tim Hortons

Burger King purchases Tim Hortons for 11.4 billion. Burger King will move its headquarters to Canada, but will continue to operate out of Miami. Both companies will continue to use the same business models. Alex Behring, managing partner of 3G the company that controls Burger King:
