Bobby Brown
Bobby Brown is an American singer and songwriter born in 1969 in Boston, Massachusetts. His career started as a member of the R&B group New Edition. The group was known for songs such as Jealous Girl, Cool It Now, and Mr. Telephone Man. Brown left the group in 1986 and began his solo career. In 1986, he released his debut album, King of the Stage. Brown released his second album, Don’t Be Cruel in 1988. The album made it to number one status on the Pop charts as well as the R&B charts. In 1990, he won a Grammy for Best Male R&B Vocal Performance. Brown was formerly married to late singer Whitney Houston and is currently married to Alicia Etheredge. He has five children.
