Carl Williams
Carl Williams was an American heavyweight boxer born in 1959 in Belle Glade, Florida. During his amateur career, he won two New York Golden Gloves titles. His most notable fights in his professional career were against Mike Tyson, Larry Holmes, Tim Witherspoon, Tommy Morrison, Frank Bruno, Trevor Berbick, and Bert Cooper. In 1997, he retired with a record of 30 wins and 10 losses. Williams passed away from esophageal cancer in 2013. He had two children, Carlahorse and Daniel. His daughter Nijah died from leukemia at 12 years of age.
