Carrie Underwood
Carrie Underwood is an American country music singer and songwriter born in 1983 in Muskogee, Oklahoma. She became popular for winning American Idol in 2005. Underwood’s debut album, Some Hearts, was the fastest selling country album in the history of Nielsen Soundscan. Some of the notables singles from the album include Jesus, Take the Wheel and Before He Cheats. Other albums she has released include Carnival Ride, Play On and Blown Away. Throughout her career, Underwood has earned six Grammy Awards, 12 American Country Music Awards and seven American Music Awards.
