Emily Maynard is an American reality show personality born in 1986 in Morgantown, West Virginia. She was the star of the ABC reality show The Bachelorette. Maynard was originally selected by Brad Womack during a previous season of The Bachelor. She was engaged to NASCAR driver Ricky Hendrick until he was killed in a plane crash in 2004. They had one daughter together, Ricki. In 2012, she married Tyler Johnson.
