Jay Roach

Jay Roach is an American film director and producer born in 1957 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He has directed films such as Meet the Parents, Meet the Fockers, the Austin Powers movie series, The Campaign, Game Change, Recount, and Dinner of Schmucks. Roach was also the executive producer of films like Borat, Charlie Bartlett, 50 First Dates, Bruno, and The Hitchiker’s Guide to the Galaxy. He has earned three Emmy Awards, a DGA Award, and the Producers Guild of American Award. Roach is married to singer and actress Susanna Hoffs and has two children.
