Sheen tells Lauer on Today, that he is HIV positive, but he does not have AIDS:
I’m here to admit that I am in fact HIV Positive…It started with what I thought was a series of crushing headaches. I thought I had a brain tumor. I thought it was over. It’s a hard three letters to absorb. It’s a turning point in one’s life…[I had to speak out] to put a stop to this barrage of attacks of sub-truths and very harmful and mercurial stories that threaten the health of so many others…I have a responsibility now to better myself and help a lot of other people.
Sheen also says he has been the victim of years of blackmail, giving millions of dollars in extortion money to prostitutes with whom he had relations in hopes that they would keep his HIV status a secret.
My trust turned to their treason.
He admits having unprotected sex with two individuals, whom he says were warned beforehand and “under the care” of his doctor.He also says he’s no longer doing drugs, but still drinks “a little bit.”
Rossi, Sheen break engagement
Sheen ends his engagement with former adult film star Rossi just one month before their November wedding date. Sheen says he wants to focus on his children.
Scotty and I had a great year together as we travelled the world and crossed a lot of things off our bucket list. She’s a terrific gal – but we’ve mutually decided to go our separate ways and not spend the rest of our lives together. Ice Bucket Challenge: Charlie Sheen
Sheen does his own version of the Ice Bucket Challenge after being nominated by Ryan Miller and instead of dumping ice water, he dumps cash.

Fiancee still legally married
The actor needs to wait to marry his new fiancée, Brett Rossi.The adult film actress still has to settle her divorce. Sheen’s rep:
She’s been separated from this guy for two years. It’s just a matter of the paperwork winding its way through the court system. Charlie and Scottie (referring to Ballard’s nickname) have no secrets. Charlie is well aware of Scottie’s situation.
Sheen, Rossi engaged
Sheen proposes to Rossi while in Hawaii for a Valentine’s getaway. The adult movie actress says:
Yes! We are engaged! He even was a gentleman and got down on one knee. I was not expecting it at all. We had a beautiful Valentine’s Day and he proposed to me early this morning after we watched the sun rise. The ring is classic and beautiful, but I don’t have any photos to share just yet. This is the happiest moment of both our lives. He’s my best friend and my soul mate.

$75,000 cancer donation
Sheen donates $75,000.00 to a police officer with a 10 year old daughter who was recently diagnosed with cancer. The donation is placed in a family fund to help pay for their incurred expenses.
No parent should have to watch their kid go through that.

The actor is fired from Two and a Half Men. The actor says:
