Maxwell, 46, dies after husband Carsten Soulshock finds her unconscious and bleeding at her home in Los Angeles. The events leading to her death are yet to be determined, but it is believed that she fell and cut her neck on glass. Maxwell’s brother Brandon Maxwell via Twitter:
