I was super excited to be in the ring with Jericho, because he was one of my favorites when I was in high school. He came into WCW probably 1996, 97ish and he was the guy on TV who was never given that great opportunity to be with the main-eventers, but he was always the most entertaining guy on the show. It was awesome, and then his ring-work of course is impeccable. He was one of the first guys who showed, him and Eddie both, were some of the first guys that showed that smaller guys can not only be great in the ring but charismatic on the microphone as well.

Wrestlemania 27 is held at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta Georgia. The event is hosted by The Rock and features Sheamus vs Daniel Bryan, The Undertaker vs Triple H, Cody Rhodes vs Rey Mysterio, Randy Orton vs CM Punk, John Morrison, Trish Stratus and Snooki vs LayCool and Dolph Ziggler and The Miz vs John Cena.

Cashes in Money in the Bank
Bryan runs to the ring, after Big Show is knocked out by DDT on a steel chair, to cash in his Money in the Bank briefcase title shot. Bryan pins Show to become the new World Heavyweight Champion at WWE TLC on pay-per-view.

Team Hell No retain their WWE World Tag Team Championships by defeating The Rhodes Scholars in tag team action on Main Event. Bryan picks up the pinfall victory over Rhodes after delivering a flying headbutt at twenty-six minutes and fifteen seconds.

Team Hell No defeat The Rhodes Scholars in tag team action at WWE Royal Rumble to retain the World Tag Team Championships. Bryan picks up the submission victory over Sandow by applying the Yes Lock at nine minutes and fourteen seconds.

Swagger defeats Henry, Jericho, Orton, Bryan and Kane inside the Elimination Chamber to earn a shot at the World Heavyweight Championship at Wrestlemania 29. Swagger last eliminates Orton via pinfall to secure the victory.
