Twelfth Doctor’s costume reveal

In a picture released by the BBC, fans get a glimpse of the costume that will define Capaldi’s time on the show. He is shown to be sporting a dark blue Crombie coat with red lining, dark blue trousers, a white shirt and black Dr. Marten shoes. The costume was created by designer Howard Burden. Commenting on the look, Capaldi says:

He’s woven the future from the cloth of the past. Simple, stark, and back to basics. No frills, no scarf, no messing, just 100 per cent Rebel Time Lord.
