Reign Over Me

Cheadle plays a self -employed dentist named Alan Johnson who is married to Janeane, played by Jada Pinkett Smith. This comedy drama tells the story of a rekindled friendship between Johnson and his college roommate, played by Adam Sandler,  who lost his family in a tragic accident.

I personally liked that my character went from – and there was a lot of debate between Jada [Pinkett Smith’s] character and my character in the movie – that it went from a very selfish standpoint to growing and being real concerned about someone who was friend.
