Pro Wrestling Radio interview
Edge talks about the start of his wrestling career:
Yeah, actually I’ve been wrestling for six years, about seven and a lot of people don’t really realize that because they consider it once you started in the WWF that’s where you started. I trained in Toronto, wrestled all across Canada, drove across frozen lakes, and slept on blue mats and ate cans of tuna, went all cross the eastern seaboards, went to Japan with Christian. So we wrestled all over the place and word got out about us I guess and little by little people started to take notice and then went down signed a contract, did the training camp, and that was the start of it.

Pro Wrestling Radio interview
Edge gives his thoughts on playing a heel character in WWE:
Right now, I’m having so much fun. It is so much more fun to piss people off. [It’s so hard] to get people to like you. If you try too hard to get them to like you, they just go ‘too hard,’ and if you don’t try hard enough, they go, ‘what’s his deal?’ As a heel, you can just let it all out. You can be whiny, you can be bitter, disgruntled, whatever you want, and blame it on everybody else. (Laughs) It’s a lot of fun. In a way, I’m taking the year of frustrations and channeling it into the character.

The Kingston Whig-Standard interview
Edge speaks about his career in WWE:
I knew I was going to get to the WWE. I never doubted that. I assumed I’d do good. I never thought it would get to the point that it did. At a certain point, I think it was like the third World title, it was like ‘huh,’ ‘alright.’ And then the eight past that was just like ‘OK, now it’s getting ridiculous. This is awesome, but never expected that’ … never expected to be retiring at 37 … never expected to be in the Hall of Fame by 38. Those are things you can’t expect. It just kind of things that’ll blow you away and (make you) kind of go ‘wow, that was pretty awesome.’ It was a charmed career.
WWE.com interview
Edge talks to WWE.com about his role on Haven and Triple H.
WWE got in contact with the Haven producers, who were interested in using a wrestler. WWE said, “We got this guy. He just retired. We think he can do it.” And it just worked out. I went out and one scene turned into four scenes, turned into four episodes, turned into being asked back for the next season. That turned into seven (episodes) and then being asked back again next season and becoming one of the focal characters of the show.
Journey of a Frontman interview
Edge talks to Journey of a Frontman about beingbackstage at the WWE Hall of Fame ceremony and this theme music.
When I was out with my neck injury, I met Mark Tremonti. I met him at a Metallica show, actually. And I went back to his place after and he played me what would end up being the first Alter Bridge album. I heard Metalingus and I was like, “Dude, can I use that when I come back?” And he said, “Yeah! Of course!” So that ended up being the genesis of it and when I heard it, it was actually Mark singing. It hadn’t been Myles yet. So it was in its infancy, but I had heard that song. I was like, “Okay, that’s gonna be what I come to the ring to.” And that’s how that all started.”
Talk is Jericho interview
Edge is a guest on Talk is Jericho to discuss John Cena, breaking into WWE and his first entrance in the company.
I gave them a cassette and I came to the ring to “Walk” because I didn’t watch ECW at the time so I didn’t know Van Dam came out to it. So I did this horrible Caucasian running man move to Pantera. I mean… it was just all sorts of ridiculous and it didn’t make any sense. for whatever reason the crowd reacted.
Talk is Jericho interview
Edge talks to Chris Jericho about being forced into early retirement due to neck injury.
I really thought I would relax whenever that is, but with it being sped up a couple of years with the last injury, it was then like, ‘Now what?’ Keniv Dunn called the ‘Haven’ people because they had been looking to have a tie-in with Smackdown. ‘Listen, we have this guy retiring. I think he could fill a good spot on your show.’ That’s kind of how that fell into place.

Alternative Nation interview
Edge talks to Alternative Nation about the WWE Network, Christian and The “Attitude Era” of WWE.
I do think what’s been good, people are always talking about the Attitude Era, and all of this and all of that, but if you watch back, sometimes the matches weren’t that great because we had 2 minutes. It’s not possible to have a good wrestling match in 2 minutes, you can’t tell a story, you can tell a haiku. Since the PG era, I know when I was in matches, I had half an hour sometimes, 20 minutes, there I can tell a story.
