The Other Woman

Dickey publishes The Other Woman. This book follows a man and his wife who grows apart by the second. One works days and the other work nights. One day Freckles husband, Charles, get fired from his job. Freckles soon finds out that he lied about why he got fired. Once she finds out that he is having an affair with a P.E. teacher at his school, she decides to get even and have an affair of her own.

On becoming a writer:

I guess you  could call me an accidental writer. I had thought I’d be an engineer until I retired or became a victim of the Peter Principle.
