Burnin’ It Down

Single Release0 Comments

Aldean releases his single Burnin’ It Down after he premiers it at his concert in Cleveland.

Sonically, this track definitely feels like something different for me and what I have typically put out as the lead single off my previous albums.I’ve pretty much always gone with a really guitar-driven song that’s pretty in your face, and this is more of a laid-back thing with a really cool groove.

I was a junior in high school in ’94, and Joe Diffie was huge. I remember I went to the Cherry Blossom Street Party in Macon [Ga.], with Kenny Chesney on one stage and Joe Diffie on the other stage, and there was 5,000 people watching Joe Diffie and about 500 watching Kenny Chesney.
