Shape Magazine nude spread

For the fourth time, Michaels will appear on the cover of Shape Magazine, with an interior nude photo spread.  The July/August issue will come out on June 25th.  While she says the initial reaction to hitting a new decade was shock, she has embraced her age both inside and out.

Yes, I’m older, but I’m also wiser, and that’s a more intrinsic type of beauty.

In the issue, the trainer will advise on toning the entire body and loving your body despite imperfections.

It’s important for women to have overall strength, because when you feel physically powerful, it transcends into every facet of your life. My best reason for having strong arms is because I love to pick up my kids.
