Linder is presented with her own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame for her work in the category of Television. The Young and the Restless co-creator Lee Phillip Bell and former castmate Jeanne Cooper attend the event in support of Linder.
I couldn’t catch my breath. I started crying. Another flight attendant thought someone had died. Later, the captain came out and announced to the plane, ‘Kate Linder, your purser, is receiving a star on the Walk of Fame.’ Everyone applauded and cheered.
