Lawsuit dropped

The city of Orlando drops a lawsuit it had filed against a church, which stood in the way of the construction of a new soccer stadium. The stadium will now be constructed one block west of the originally planned location. The city of Orlando had offered the church as much as four million dollars for the land, and initiated eminent domain proceedings when Faith Deliverance Temple officials would not budge.
