Transformers: Age of Extinction

Wahlberg plays Cade Yeager, a Texas mechanic who realizes his old semi truck is indeed an alien robot. When the government threatens his daughter things take a turn for the worse in this action drama, directed by Michael Bay. Co-starring Stanley Tucci.

I loved the fact that I made a lot of movies recently where we shot no more than like 35, 40 days. But in this one, we’re on, what, Day 43, and we’re not even half done yet. But it’s a big story, and obviously something that I’m excited about. I haven’t done it for a while, and my kids are really excited about it. And it’s just different; I’ve gotten to a place where I don’t have to be so crazy about waiting around. The big stuff is easier to deal with at this point in my life. But I did purposely get away from it for a while.
