Welcome Home, Roscoe Jenkins

Lawrence plays a successful talk show host  in Welcome Home, Roscoe Jenkins. Lawrence leaves California to visit his family in the deep south and he must face them after years of not seeing them. He is also reunited with his childhood crush. Co-starring Cedric the Entertainer, Joy Bryant, Mike Epps, Monique, and Michael Clarke Duncan.

I thought it was a funny script. Malcolm Lee is one hell of a director. I think you hear big things from him. He’s passionate about his work and we had a dinner and we hit if off. It just seemed right.
