Music is something that I’ve pretty much done since I could probably talk, but I started taking it really seriously when I was in high school — that’s when I figured out that being on stage was the way to go for me, and I really enjoyed it and I loved writing music. By the time I was in college, I was auditioning and ended up at Sony records.
