Minaj releases music video for Lookin Ass from the album Young Money: Rise of an Empire, directed by NABIL. When questioned about the Malcolm X controversy the single created Minaj states:

I am in the video shooting at Lookin Ass N***az and there happened to be an iconic photo of Malcolm X ready to do the same thing for what he believed in.
