Ward wins the grand prize of $250,000 on season 11 of The Biggest Loser. Over the course of the season she lost 129 lbs and 49.4 percent of body fat.
It is overwhelming because I think when you live in a world where you feel there are so many limitations that are put on you, all of a sudden it feels like, “Which step do I want to take first?”
