The Wolf and the Lion

Dinklage appears as Tyrion Lannister in the fifth episode of the first season, The Wolf and the Lion. Tyrion is marched east as the captive of Lady Catelyn Stark, played by Michelle Fairley. He claims that he is innocent of the attempted assassination of her son Bran, and attempts to attract the attention of the mercenary Bronn, played by Jerome Flynn, by stating that his father Tywin Lannister will pay a reward for his release. The group are forced to fight when they are attacked by raiding hill tribes.
