Rihanna appears on the cover of the December issue of Esquire. She discusses how she reinvented mac and cheese into a dish she calls “Mac A Rih” for the food and drink special issue.

This was discovered by accident due to our gas running out halfway through making the original dish. I fell in love with the taste and texture, so I’ve been making it to perfection ever since.
