St. Louis County police tell the Oath Keepers, a group formed by Andrews, to stop guarding the rooftops of Ferguson businesses or they will be arrested for operating without a license. St. Louis County police spokesman, Shawn McGuire:

When we hear information that someone, or a group, is providing security without a license, our department has to investigate the issue.
