In the moment I thought I would have, but obviously that didn’t work out. I think she made the best decision for both her and myself, but I was fully prepared to marry her and be a father to her daughter. I was (worried) because I had just gotten over that heartbreak. I know a lot of people are cynical and they think there is no way you could fall in love on a TV show, but you can, and I did. I had to ask myself can I put myself through that again? At the end of the day I felt like I owed it to myself to give it one more try.
