Cumberbatch and Hardy are being considered for the role of Dr. Strange in Marvel’s comic hero movie. The movie will be directed by Scott Derrickson and focuses on a former neurosurgeon whom, upon being seriously injured in a car accident, finds himself on the way to becoming the Sorcerer Supreme – primary guardian of Earth against the forces of mysticism and magic.
