Vincent van Gogh

Forensic expert Dr. Vincent Di Maio claims that Van Gogh did not commit suicide as is generally believed, but instead was murdered. According to Dr. Di Maio, the abrasion ring found on Van Gogh is found on virtually all entrance wounds and is not proof of suicide.

In fact, this is subcutaneous bleeding from vessels cut by the bullet and is usually seen in individuals who live a while. Its presence or absence means nothing.
