Will.i.am gives an interview to Ryan Seacrest during On Air With Ryan Seacrest about his fifth studio album The End. 

This new project, Taboo called me and was like, Yo Will, I think it’s that time again, and I’m like, You’re right. So we’ve just been sitting around going through our hard drives and archives of things that we’ve put out, things that we haven’t put out, we’ve been dreaming of why we come back. A 20-year anniversary is important, but more importantly, how we come back. We’ve anticipated the whole arc: the emotion, the connection, the discovery, the shock and awe, the conversation.
