Report: McGregor turned down Wrestlemania appearance

WWE has made no secret of its desire to do something with Conor McGregor and there were talks between the two parties about this year. Because he’s taking time off from the UFC, there was a talk about doing something at this year’s Wrestlemania in April, but it wasn’t to be despite a hefty offer.
Fired from WWE
Hogan’s is fired from WWE.

Re-signs with WWE; ends MMA career
Lesnar announces on SportsCenter that he has re-signed with the WWE and that he has retired from the MMA.

UPDATE on Jake The Snake Roberts: Great news!… Docs took Jake off ventilator way earlier then expected! He is kicking ass on his spirometer breathing tests…If he keeps up this pace he will not need to go back on Ventilator so everyone please cross your fingers! Jake finally can speak for the first time since last Wed… Late last night (while still ventilated & unable to speak) one of the male nurses took a bandage off of Jake’s neck where they have tubes for his meds… It was so unpleasant to Jake he wrote on the pad they gave him three letters… DDT… Even though Jake is off of the ventilator for the time being he will be monitored for 24-48 hours before docs decide if it is safe to keep him off.

Releases five performers
WWE comes to terms with the release of five wrestlers from the NXT brand. Garrett Dylan, Travis Tyler, Slate Randall, Mac Miles, and Dani Jax all part ways with the company.
Releases 55 Employees
After announcing a 7% staff cut, the company releases 55 employees from varying departments within WWE Headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut. Sources say Vince McMahon sent out an email to announce the end of the staff reduction process.
