50 people arrested during concert

gardai_09072012Around 50 people were arrested at a Eminem concert at Slane Castle in Ireland. 80000 people attended. Minor drug offences and public indecent’s were among the offences. Police say that the number of arrests is normal for the size of the gathering.

The vast majority of fans heeded the advice given in advance of the event which ensured everyone had a safe and enjoyable experience.
