Anthony Holmes

Holmes is identified as the person who was shot during the attempted carjacking. He is critical and is being treated at UC Davis. He was on his way to a doctor’s appointment.

The suspects drive a short distance from the motel parking lot to the 700 block of Howe Ave. They attempt to carjack a man, and shoot him in the head when he resists. He falls back into the vehicle.
