What Happens In Vegas
Kutcher plays Jack Fuller in this movie about two strangers who discover they’ve gotten married in Las Vegas one night. But when Jack wins three million dollars with the quarter Joy gives him they want to separate and split the money but court forces the two to live together for six months to try and make their marriage work. While living together, each one has their friends make the other one look bad. Co-stars Cameron Diaz and Lake Bell. On working with Diaz:
Horrible. I mean, to show up to work and have to look at a good looking woman who’s funny and happy to be alive and joyous and nice to people, that’s a nightmare. We had to deal with it every single day. You know, I don’t think that there’s anybody like her. I think she’s maybe the only, I would say, true comedic leading lady in our business right now, that has really honed that craft. And she’s worked with Jim Carrey, she’s worked with Adam Sandler, she’s worked with Mike Myers. She’s worked with every great comedic actor I can think of, so she’s got a one up on all of us.

In real life, I’m not jealous. But I can’t cope with watching her with another guy on film. As an actor, I know that any feelings you’re showing are manufactured. But I still don’t want to fool my mind into thinking she’s into another guy.
Open Season
Kutcher stars in the animated movie Open Season as a deer. In the film a deer teams up with a grizzly bear when the two animals are alone in the woods during hunting season. Co-starring Martin Lawrence, Debra Messing and Cody Cameron. Martin:
I didn’t even meet Ashton Kutcher until a couple of weeks ago. We never were in the same room. The hardest thing about it was that we would do something for one month and then come back four months later and then have to pick up where we left off.
Kutcher, Moore marry
Kutcher and Moore get married at their Beverly Hills home. They exchange vows in a Kabbalah ceremony in front of 100 guests, including Moore’s daughters. This is the first marriage for Kutcher and the third for Moore.
They are so happy together.

Bernie’s the best. There was nobody else to play the role. There was nobody on the planet that I wanted to play it other than Bernie Mac. And fortunately Bernie wanted to play it and was already in the process of creating something he was going to do. It couldn’t be better.
Just Married
Kutcher plays Tom in this romantic comedy. Tom marries Sarah against her parents wishes. The two must learn how to make their marriage work while honeymooning in Europe. Sarah’s parents send Sarah’s ex-boyfriend to break up the marriage. Co-starring Brittany Murphy and Christian Kane.
Tom is closer to me than any other character I’ve played. If I’m not in control of a situation, I get very anxious and he’s the same. A lot of the characters I play are very naïve and I don’t think I’m like that. And I’m not stupid!
