Avril Ramona Lavigne is born in Belleville, Ontario. Her father is Jean-Claude Joseph Lavigne, her mother is Judith-Rosanne. She has older brother, Matthew, and a younger sister, Michelle. She started singing alongside her mother at the age of two in the church choir. She struggles with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHA).
My brother used to knock on the wall because I used to sing myself to sleep and he thought it was really annoying.
