Green tells TMZ that people who assume Cosby is guilty are being unfair.

He hasn’t said anything. Which is also to some an admission of guilt, as well. It just doesn’t seem fair any way you slice it. You can’t defend yourself in that capacity. You just have to let facts be facts and so on and so forth. The facts have to speak the loudest. With that being said, none of this seems fair. But of course, for any victim in the situation it’s highly unfair. It’s not for me to judge him. I definitely can’t judge him. It’s just unfortunate because he’s so beloved to so many.

Green deletes his Twitter account after he posts tweets relating to a recent court case where he pleaded no contest to supplying ecstasy to a woman.

People who have really been raped REMEMBER!!! and If someone is passed out they’re not even WITH you consciously! so WITH Implies consent.

Later he tweets:

Let me 1st praise god for exoneration fairness & freedom! Secondly I sincerely apologize for my comments being taken so far out of context. I only intended on a healthy exchange to help heal those who love me from the pain I had already caused from this. Please forgive me as it was your support that got me thru this to begin with. I’d never condone the harm of any women. Thank you.

Sentenced to three years probation

Ceelo courtGreen is sentenced to three years of formal probation and 360 hours of community service after pleading no contest to drugs charges. The singer is accused of secretly slipping ecstasy into the drink of his dinner date at a sushi restaurant in July 2012.

I shared ecstasy with the female but I did not slip her the drug.
