In the last League Cup Final to be played at the Millennium Stadium, Chelsea edge out the Gunners in a testy affair. Two goals from Drogba give Chelsea victory but the game is marred by a late brawl that results in three players being sent off.  The game finally ends after 102 minutes with Arsenal’s manager Wenger ranting about the performance of the linesman.

Honorary Chelsea captain

Ferrell acts as honorary captain for Chelsea at the Rose Bowl. He is seen wearing the same shirt he wore on The Daily Show.

Chelsea have just reached out to me a couple of times and, I can’t say that I only follow Chelsea, I try to keep an eye on all the teams in the Premiership and I love soccer in general. I’m a big sports fan as a whole, and was a sports journalist, a very, very good sports journalist.

Chelsea lead the game in the first ten minutes through Diego Costa who scores in the first minute followed by Branslav Ivanovich in the third. Kevin Mirallas retrieves one for Everton in the 45th minute. In the second half Chelsea get an own goal from Seamus Coleman in the 67th minute. Two minutes later Stephen Naismith registers one for Everton. Nemanja Matic hits another for Chelsea in the 74th and  two minutes later new signing Samuel Eto’o makes it three for his side. Signs contract

courtCourtois returns after three years on loan spell at Athletico Madrid and signs a new five year contract with Chelsea. In the three years on loan he has won the La liga tittle, Copa del Rey and Europa league.

My future was already sorted but it’s nice to know I’m going to be here for another five years. Now I can concentrate on playing.

Chelsea draw at Stamford bridge against Schalke. They get in the lead in the 11th minute through a Chesc Fabregas goal but the visitors come back in the 62nd minute to level the game through Klass-Jan Huntelar. Mourinhocon on Diego Costa:
