I have a hard time sleeping. Sleep is a tough one for me. My brain, the committee in my head, if I wake up at three in the morning I just start having conversations and they won’t shut up and then I can’t get back to sleep. I do have three animals and a human being in the bed, so there are all these distractions.

Seacrest interviews Dr. OZ during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and questions him about advise for those who catch the flu.
It’s not affecting as many people, but the people it affects are getting a lot sicker, especially young people. It’s related to the Spanish influenza, which happened in 1918 and killed 20 million people around the globe. It was a bad strain, so a lot of young people are ending up in the hospital with this year’s version of the flu which is a-typical it lingers and it makes you feel real poorly.
