Kyle called me and was like, ‘I just jumped in the pool with my wife!’ ‘Cause he’s in Austin, and he was thrilled. I told him he better not blow out of the Emmys early like he did last year.

The fact that the project was screened at the White House last February is a testament to the power and enormity of Justice Marshall, and I plan to share the story of his illustrious life and accomplishments with theater audiences for years to come.

I’ve only known them as 5 am, crack-of-dawn, the sun’s not up even… you can’t get your bearings about you. This was just like a day at the office -a happy one…. The very first text I got was from Simon Helberg’s wife, Jocelyn. That’s a good friend. She beat my mother by at least 30 minutes. I’m not kidding.
