All lanes reopen

All lanes of I-26 in Spartanburg County (South Carolina) are open after crews work more than 36 hours to repair damage caused by a triple fatal traffic accident. The cause of the accident is under investigation by the SC Highway Patrol.

Neighbors pay tribute to victims


Neighbors in the Henderson county town of Zirconia pay tribute to 31 year old John Fink and his nine-year-old son, James. According to Spartanburg County Coroner, Fink was driving the tanker truck that overturned and caught fire Saturday morning. Neighbors say Fink was a nice person and that his son was “a little man” with intellectual curiosity. Fink is survived by his mother and several siblings, including a twin brother.

Spartanburg Crash 6.27.15A tractor-trailer, two SUVs, and a pickup truck are involved in an accident that kills three people. The Spartanburg County Coroner’s Office identifies the victims as 31-year-old John Daniel Fink, his 9-year-old son, James Landon Fink, and Donna Renee Bailey. The Fink’s are from Zirconia, North Carolina. Ms. Bailey lived in Marysville, Tennessee.
