Cohan appears on the cover of the December 2014 issue of Women’s Health magazine. She talks about how she stays fit, surprising things about her, and actors she admires most.
Tilda Swinton I’ve always just thought is so brave and so inspiring – trailblazing. She doesn’t follow any rules and it doesn’t seem that she adheres to anything in life but what her heart and soul tell her to do. I think that’s just always what I’d like to check in with every day — that that’s how I’m conducting myself and conducting my life.
Cohan is featured in GQ magazine. She talks about playing Maggie on The Walking Dead, growing up all over the world, and cursing.
I never realized how much I actually curse until I read a couple of interviews, and I was like: You need to find a different word.
Lauren Cohan is interviewed by Hall on The Arsenio Hall Show. They talk about how spiritual person she is in her childhood and a wooden twig that she keeps in her purse.
My mom has always been a very an acutely spiritual and superstitious person and she gives me tokens and omens when I travel.
Cohan talks about switching to a Southern accent while playing Maggie on AMC’s The Walking Dead:
I almost want to stay in an American accent all the time. I’m originally American, so it’s not actually that difficult. When people find out I grew up in England, I feel like I have to give a huge explanation. As soon as I’m on set, I’m very serious, and it’s very easy to go back into Maggie.
