0 CommentsAccording to Forbes magazine, The Obama Administration is considering an Executive Order that will allow entrepreneurs from around the world to enter the United States to raise capital from a qualified and US resident investors. A two year visa will be granted to for those who can raise about $200,000 in capital. Those who can raise $750,000 will get a green card (permanent residence). A third option grants a nine-month green card if the entrepreneur is accepted by a certified incubator. This visa allows investors to raise the $200,000 or $750,000 US dollars needed for the other two visas.
