Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370 was a Boeing 777 carrying 227 passengers and 12 crew that left Kuala Lumpur on March 8, 2014, en route to Beijing. The plane never arrived at its destination. An international search effort was conducted along several potential routes, but neither the plane, nor any debris from the plane has been found.
