Meagon Good

Good plays Blythe, the cousin of Sabrina (Paula Patton) in the comedy, Jumping the Broom. Blythe has difficulty meeting the right man until she attends Sabrina’s wedding. This movie tells the tale of a lower and middle class families trying to get along for the sake of the bride and groom. Co-starring Laz Alonso, Angela Bassett, and Loretta Devine.

When I read the script I instantly fell in love with the character of Blythe. She approaches relationships the way most women do. They are looking for someone to take care of them instead of finding someone to build with them. I enjoy playing characters who have this type of attribute.
