It was really the idea Tarsem was directing this movie that brought my interest, and the idea of what he wanted to do with it, and what he was thinking it was going to look like and be like. Because he really creates these dreamlike universes that are remarkable. So, it was wanting to meet him, because I’m a huge fan of his work that really was what drew me in. And once you meet him, it’s like you get pulled into his world, but there’s just no escaping.

Wango Tango has been a huge part of my career. At Wango Tango the beautiful thing is there is so many different people. So, as far as the show, it’s about a lot of energy. To me Wango Tango is a big part of what we’re gonna do the next year. We can do homework there, you can try a record there to see if it works, or if it doesn’t. So as far as that we are definitely bringing a whole lot of energy, and find some fun surprises to bring also.

Seacrest interviews Reid during On Air With Ryan Seacrest about her role in the film American Pie Reunion.
Vicky turned into a career girl. She’s very much like Carrie Bradshaw. She’s living in New York City. She’s a career girl, but she comes back to this high school reunion and she sees that everyone is married and having kids. She kind of wonders and sees her first love again, and you never forget your first love, and she wonders ‘Did I make the right choice? Am I ever going to get married? Will I ever have kids?’ I think she’s a girl that typically going through her 30’s. So I find the character very relatable.

They just started writing the script recently. They hired Simon Beaufoy who wrote Slumdog Millionnaire to do the first draft. So that’s going to be great. Gary Ross is an extremely talented director and writer so I think he’s going to get in there with Simon and work on the script with him. They have a release date of November of next year. So we’re working towards that date. We’re probably going to start shooting sometime end of summer or beginning of fall this year.

First of all I love it. I love being able to collaborate with the producer RedOne again, and working with Pitbull again. That when something bad happens, your life is not over. You have to get up. You’re gonna live. You’re gonna to be okay. You’re gonna dance again.
