Carpool karaoke

Skit0 Comments

Corden and Wonder perform karaoke on Corden’s drive to work. Songs include Superstition, Sir Duke, I Just Called To Say I Love You, Isn’t She Lovely. The skit starts with Wonder in the driving seat, then Wonder mocks Corden about his accent. At one point, Corden asks Wonder to phone his wife as she did not believe he was sharing a ride with Wonder.

I just called to say, James loves you…I just called to say he loves you and he promised me he’ll let me be on his show for an hour.

The View appearance

Wonder appears on The View and addresses rumors that his girlfriend Tomeeka Robyn Bracy is pregnant with triplets.

Whoopi, it’s so hard for me these days. That’s why I’m going on the road. I’ve got how many—22 kids? But actually it’s not true. The truth is we’re going to have a wonderful daughter in December…And like I said in the song “Superstition,” ‘When you believe in things you don’t understand, you suffer.’ So, you know, that’s a bunch of a bull.

Wonder is reportedly expecting triplets with his fiancée Bracy. This makes a total of eleven children for Wonder. Source:

Stevie never thought he’d be a father again so late in life. It may not have been planned but no, he’s excited. He actually can’t wait until the birth. Stevie missed so much of his other children’s upbringings, he’s vowed to be there for their children and for his soon-to-be new wife.

Key Of Life tour

Wonder announces that he will be performing his iconic double album on a 11-city tour beginning November 6, 2014. The Key of Life tour will kick off at New York’s Madison Square Garden and wrap Dec. 5 at Oakland, Calif.’s Oracle Arena.

The only difference to the actual layout of Songs in the Key of Life is, as opposed to ending with the songs All Day Sucker and My Mama’s Call, I’m going to end it with Another Star, because I feel that song is the right one to do.

O Magazine interview

Interview0 Comments

Wonder speaks about getting the idea for his song I Wish in an interview with O Magazine.

When I first came up with I Wish, it was going to be about some kind of crazy philosophical stuff, but that didn’t work with the song. So after a Motown picnic, we came back to the studio, and we were all sitting around the piano. We started talking about the different experiences we had growing up, like when I got a whipping for playing doctor with a girl.
