Divorce settlement
Holmes and Cruise reach a divorce settlement. Cruise main condition was that he wanted to retain contact with Suri. Although the full financials details of their divorce are never publicly disclosed, Holmes reportedly collects about $400,000 annually from Cruise in child support for their Suri. The payments will continue until Suri turns 18 and ultimately amount to $4.8 million. Holmes does not receive any direct spousal support, per their prenuptual agreement. Holmes is granted sole custody of Suri.
